At Guitali, we place great importance on delivering high-quality products. However, if an item does not fully satisfy your expectations, you may exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, without needing to provide any specific reason.

How to Return an Item

Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the request.

Unless the return is caused by an error on our side, return shipping fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.

Please note that we do not currently offer exchanges.
