Article 1 – PURPOSE
Guitali offers its own products for sale through the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Product(s)” or “Accessory(ies)”).
The Website is owned and operated by a registered company.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”) define the rights and obligations between Guitali and any customer wishing to purchase products through the Website.
Article 2 – SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These GTC apply without restriction to all purchases made on the website www.guitali.com.
Any order placed on the Website constitutes acceptance of these GTC, which prevail over any other purchasing conditions.
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms having read and fully accepted these GTC without reservation.
The GTC remain accessible at any time on the Website and may be updated by Guitali whenever necessary. The version applicable to the Buyer is the one available online at the date of the order.
Should one clause of these GTC be declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully enforceable.
Failure by Guitali to enforce any clause at a given time shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce it later.
Article 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
Each Product offered on the Website is accompanied by a description detailing its essential characteristics and estimated delivery times.
Before placing an order, the Buyer is invited to carefully review the information relating to each Product or Accessory.
The selection and purchase of Products are made under the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Images, visuals, and graphics displayed on the Website are provided for illustrative purposes only and are non-contractual.
All offers remain valid while stocks last.
Article 4 – ORDERS
4.1 Placing an Order
To complete a purchase, the Buyer may create a customer account or log in using existing credentials.
The ordering process includes the following steps:
- Adding Product(s) to the cart
- Reviewing and validating the cart
- Logging into an account or entering delivery information
- Choosing a shipping method
- Selecting a payment method and accepting the GTC
- Completing payment through the secure payment gateway
Before final confirmation, the Buyer may review and modify the order details.
Validation of the order and payment information constitutes full acceptance of these GTC.
A confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order will be sent automatically.
Orders are processed only after payment approval.
Guitali reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:
- Force majeure
- Payment authorization failure
- Suspicion of fraud
- Abnormally high quantities inconsistent with consumer purchases
- Previous payment disputes
- Pricing or technical display errors
- Product unavailability

4.2 Product Availability
Orders are fulfilled subject to stock availability.
If a Product becomes unavailable after purchase, Guitali will notify the Buyer as soon as possible and issue a refund using the original payment method.
4.3 Order Changes
Once an order has been confirmed, modifications to its contents or delivery address are no longer possible.
4.4 Order Cancellation
Validated orders cannot be canceled except where required under applicable withdrawal rights or force majeure situations recognized by French law.
Article 5 – PRICING
All prices displayed on the Website are expressed in euros (€), including applicable taxes, excluding shipping fees.
Delivery charges are calculated and added during checkout.
Article 6 – PAYMENT METHODS
Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bleue, Shop Pay)
- PayPal
- Bancontact
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and associated payment providers.
An order is considered final only after successful payment confirmation.
Article 7 – DELIVERY
Products may be shipped internationally to the address provided by the Buyer.
Guitali cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information entered by the customer.
Orders are dispatched within the estimated delivery times communicated on the Website, subject to stock availability.
Delivery is deemed completed once the Buyer takes physical possession of the Product.
Article 8 – RECEIPT OF GOODS
Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the Products and report any visible damage, defects, or packaging issues.
Any reservations must be clearly indicated on the carrier’s delivery document or the package must be refused.
Where applicable, the Buyer must notify the carrier within the legal timeframe and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
Depending on the situation, the Buyer may receive a replacement product or a refund.
Article 9 – TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Ownership of the Products transfers to the Buyer only after full payment has been received.
Risk transfers upon physical delivery of the Products to the Buyer.
Until delivery, Products remain under the responsibility of Guitali.
Article 10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, Buyers have fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized or perishable items.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
Returned Products must be unused, complete, and in their original condition. Opened, damaged, or hygiene-sensitive items may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Article 11 – NON-CONFORMITY CLAIMS
Any claim relating to delivery errors or defective Products must be submitted no later than the first business day following delivery.
Claims may be sent via email or through the Website’s contact form.
Where a claim is validated, Guitali will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are covered by Guitali only in cases of confirmed error or non-conformity.
Article 12 – LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES
Products sold by Guitali comply with applicable French regulations and benefit from legal warranties relating to conformity and hidden defects.
Article 13 – PERSONAL DATA
Guitali collects and processes personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR.

In the event of translation into another language, only the French version shall prevail in the event of a dispute.
